Training thoda confusing thi but support helpful
Mera training experience thoda mixed raha. Software aur tools ka use seekhna pada khud se zyada, jo ki thoda frustrating tha. Jo onboarding sessions mile, wo jyada detailed nahi the, isliye main bahut si cheezein khud trial se samajhne ki koshish kar rahi thi. Lekin achi baat ye hai ki jab bhi main support se phone pe baat karti thi, woh log bahut patient aur helpful the, jis se mujhe kaafi comfort milta tha. Main chahti thi ki training materials mein thoda aur structure ho, jisse naye users easily step by step follow kar saken bina bahut khud alag alag jagah dhundhne ke. So, training mein thoda struggle hua lekin support ki wajah se mera kaam chal gaya. Isliye main keh sakti hoon ki overall experience thoda difficult tha, par pura impossible nahi. Mujhe laga ki jo bhi software seekhna hai, usmein initial effort lagta hai, bas bas itna hi frustration meri taraf se tha jo training mein better organization se kam ho sakta tha.
