Training aur onboarding process me mujhe do baatein achhi lagi aur ek thodi thandi lagi. Pehli to ye thi ki training material thoda repetitive tha, matlab similar points baar baar cover kiye gaye, jo mujhe thoda bore kar gaya. Dusri baat ye thi ki kabhi kabhi mujhe intezaar karna padha response ke liye jab software update kiya ja raha tha, toh us waqt thoda interruption hua mere workflow me. Lekin overall, training se mujhe software samajhne me madad mili aur main samajh sakta hoon ki agar zarurat pari toh main dobara bhi ye process follow karunga, especially agar naye features aaye toh.
