Training that outperformed my expectations
Coming from other remote workflow software, I expected the training to be a bit repetitive and generic. However, the onboarding process was more tailored than I had imagined. It took into account the calling tools and database in a way other trainings hadn't, making it straightforward to integrate them into my usual work habits. Previously, training felt like a checklist to click through, while here I was engaged in understanding the workflow changes I was actually facing. It shortened the adjustment period noticeably, which was a welcome surprise since I usually anticipate a long learning curve with such software. So the outcome was a smoother adaptation than anyone in my past experience had managed to offer.
