Training tha theek, but kuch cheezein miss hui
Jab maine training start ki to socha tha ki sab kuch clearly samjhaaya jaayega jaise kisi classroom mein hota hai, par actual mein jo onboarding mila woh thoda different tha. Training sessions mein software ke basics ache se cover hue, but kaafi baar mujhe lagta tha ki hands-on practice sessions aur detailed examples zyada hone chahiye the. Jo main expect kar raha tha, usse thoda kam detail mein explain hua, matlab basic points clear the but advance cheezon mein kami thi. Lekin, jo training thi woh fir bhi helpful thi because it got me started jaldi aur phone support se questions bhi pooch sake tha jab doubt hua. Overall, training achhi thi par thoda aur depth hoti toh aur smooth onboarding hota.
