Training surprised me, it was not what I expected

I initially expected the onboarding training to be straightforward and complete, guiding me smoothly through every step without needing any extra help. However, the sessions covered the basics as promised but sometimes left me a bit confused about advanced features, which wasn’t quite what I anticipated. I found myself having to revisit some lessons and even plan for additional support sessions later on. While the training was helpful overall, I think next time I'll definitely have to ask for more assistance to fully understand some parts. This mix between expectation and reality was surprising but manageable, and it gave me a realistic sense of where I might still need help.
