Training surprised me by its thoroughness
I honestly didn’t expect the training and onboarding to be as comprehensive as it was. The step-by-step guides, combined with occasional live check-ins, made understanding the software manageable. There were times I wondered whether I’d need to reach out for additional help once I started using the tools more independently, but so far, I’ve found the resources provided to be sufficient. The onboarding flow was smooth, though a couple of aspects, like setting up the database, took a bit longer than I anticipated. That said, the instructions were clear, and the platform's design minimized confusion. It wasn't overwhelming, which surprised me, since new software often feels clunky in the early days. I can imagine if my needs become more complex later, I might want to seek support again, but for now, I feel pretty comfortable moving forward on my own.
