Mere liye training aur onboarding ka process kaafi disappoint karne wala raha, kyunki support team ki responsiveness bohot bekar thi. Jab maine specific queries support se poochne ki koshish ki, to response milne mein kaafi deri hui aur answers bhi incomplete lagte the. Mujhe laga ki agar training effective honi hai, to telephonic aur email support dono ka timely aur satisfactory hona zaruri hai. Lekin yahan par dono mediums se proper help nahi mili, jo frustrate karne wala tha. Mere liye yeh experience overall negative raha kyunki mujhe lagta tha ki training ke dauraan agar proper help milegi, to setup better hota, par unfortunately mere expectations poore nahi hue.
