Training suited those who like figuring some things out
Reflecting back on the training and onboarding process, I can see it worked decently if you’re comfortable figuring some parts out on your own. The initial videos and materials covered basics well, but advancing with the dialer and database setup required some trial and error. It wasn’t the smoothest handholding experience I’ve encountered, but not so confusing you’d want to give up either. I think if you prefer detailed stepwise guidance and less improvisation, this might not be ideal. Still, the automatic updates and telephonic support helped bridge gaps later. Overall, I felt it was a balance between self-learning and guided help that might suit independent users best.
