Training suited some, not so much for beginners
The training and onboarding experience was a bit of a mixed bag for me. On one hand, I appreciated the modules that were straightforward and offered practical guidance on using the calling tools and database features. These parts made understanding the workflow pretty clear. However, I found that a good portion of the material required me to figure things out independently since detailed explanations were sometimes lacking. There wasn’t as much hand-holding as I would have liked, particularly when it came to integrating new software updates automatically or troubleshooting call management. This aspect might work well if you’re already somewhat tech-savvy and comfortable exploring software interfaces on your own. Yet for someone new to this kind of remote workflow system, the lack of explicit step-by-step instructions could slow down progress. I’d say this training suits people who are confident in self-learning and want to explore the software at their own pace. Those needing structured, detailed walkthroughs might find it less fitting, at least until they get used to the platform’s setup. In all, a balanced but not perfect onboarding setup.
