Training suited some hours but felt off for others
I found the training and onboarding fairly helpful for the hours I was usually working, especially during standard daytime shifts. The modules and interactive sessions fit well within that schedule. However, for the days when I had more irregular or extended hours, it sometimes felt like the pacing wasn’t very flexible. At times, the training material would cover concepts assuming a full session, which was hard to complete on shorter or interrupted work periods. On the positive side, I appreciated that recorded lessons were available, so I could fallback and catch up when my schedule allowed. The onboarding flow was generally straightforward but the dialer and database features required some extra practice beyond the normal training hours, which was a challenge when working odd shifts. Overall, the mix of real-time support and self-directed study worked well, though it wasn’t always perfectly aligned to my actual working hours. If the training was more modular or self-paced, it might have been a better fit. Still, I felt the overall experience was balanced with useful content and decent flexibility to learn on my own time.
