Training suited me, but others should consider carefully
I was quite excited at first and expected the training and onboarding process to be very guided, with plenty of hand-holding and step-by-step instructions. However, the reality was a bit different. The training materials were comprehensive but often assumed you already had a certain base level of knowledge. I found myself figuring out many parts of the software on my own, especially when it came to the dialer and database features. This was a mixed experience because with some software, I expect detailed onboarding, but with WFHI, it felt more like they provided the tools and trusted me to get on with it. For someone confident and used to remote software, this approach is actually quite efficient and doesn’t feel overwhelming. But if you’re someone who prefers very structured, hand-holding training, it might be challenging or require extra time to get fully comfortable. That said, the initial sign-up and payment process were smooth, and updates rolled out without much fuss, which I appreciated. So overall, this product suits someone who’s willing to learn actively and explore, rather than someone expecting a fully guided onboarding experience.
