Training suited fixed hours but not flexible work patterns
The training and onboarding offered by WFHI come across as structured around a fixed schedule. I work in shifts that fluctuate week to week, which made it somewhat difficult to engage fully during the planned training hours. The sessions were clear and covered all necessary features including the dialer, database, and automatic update functions, but their timing suited those with more regular hours better than people like me. On the other hand, the sign-up, payment, and invoicing process worked smoothly and didn’t clash with my schedule. Support by phone was available within certain hours but lacked enough flexibility for off-time assistance. Overall, I would say this onboarding and training approach is most suited for remote workers with a predictable, steady working timetable. If your work hours are irregular or vary significantly, you might find scheduling and accessing live training sessions more challenging, although the software itself remains functional after completion.
