Training stuck on pacing but call features helped
I dived into the training and onboarding, hoping the day-to-day use would smooth out any initial rough patches. At first, the setup felt a bit slow and sometimes I wasn’t sure if steps were being completed as intended, but over time the clarity improved. The training content was thorough, but I did feel like some parts could have been structured more logically; it wasn’t instantly obvious how each module linked to the practical workflows. However, what really worked well for me was using the calling tools regularly—they were pretty reliable and the dialer kept things straightforward. Every day I used it more confidently, and that reinforced what I’d learned in training even when certain modules felt a little abstract at first. So while the onboarding flow might have been a bit scattered, the practical application through live calls made a big difference. It’s like the training set the stage but the real understanding came from the calling experience, which ended up making the whole process worthwhile even though it took a bit longer than expected to really click.
