Training struggled with error recovery

When I encountered problems during training and onboarding, specifically with setting up the calling tools and connecting to the database, I noticed that the system’s handling of errors left much to be desired. The training modules primarily outlined the ideal workflow but didn’t provide sufficient guidance on what to do when things went wrong, which was a major shortfall for me. While the software itself did offer automatic updates meant to fix bugs or improve usability, these didn’t always resolve the problems promptly or clearly enough. The telephonic support was somewhat helpful, but the instructions given often required multiple follow-ups and sometimes I was left to troubleshoot by trial and error. That one part—how to recover from issues during onboarding—stood out most negatively. It gave me a frustrating experience that made progressing slower and less confident because support didn’t robustly cover those eventualities despite their availability.
