Training: straightforward but with gaps
I went through the training and onboarding to get started with the software, expecting more guidance overall. Certain parts of the process were clearly explained, especially initial account setup and how to access the dashboard. But when it came to linking the calling tools and integrating the database, I found myself having to figure out steps through trial and error. The documentation filled some gaps but wasn't always clear or complete for my specific workflow. Telephonic support was available but felt a bit slow to respond at times, which meant some waiting before resolving issues. Automatic updates happened quietly in the background with no interruptions, which was good. Overall, I got the basics working as intended, but I also spent a fair amount of time troubleshooting on my own to have a smooth workflow. The onboarding felt partly hand-held but partly self-guided, leaving you a bit weary of figuring out parts solo. I'd say the balance between help and DIY was uneven, but not entirely off-putting if you are patient.
