Training stood out as lacking engagement
I used to work with other remote workflow platforms before trying WFHI, and I wanted to see if the training was an upgrade. Honestly, the onboarding sessions here felt much less interactive, which really stood out to me — it was mostly lectures with little opportunity for practical application or questions. Compared to what I'd experienced previously, I felt somewhat disconnected from the process and had to revisit materials multiple times. The pacing of the training was a bit off too; sometimes it went too fast with complex concepts and other times dragged on simpler points. What I did appreciate was the structured content and the effort to update it regularly, although it wasn’t enough to make up for the lack of engagement. I also noticed the telephonic support was less frequent than I expected, which made it harder when I got stuck. Overall, it just didn't work out for me as I hoped, and that lack of interaction remains the main issue in my take.
