Training steps weren't in a sensible order for me

I have to say the training and onboarding process did not feel very logically ordered from my perspective. The first few steps seemed fine: setting up access and learning to use the dialer was straightforward. But then the next modules introduced complicated database features before explaining how these integrated with the calling tools thoroughly. This confused me since some terms and operations were not properly explained beforehand, making it hard to follow along smoothly. The automatic updates topic came quite late, which would have been helpful earlier in the sequence to understand how changes could affect my workflow. The sign-up and invoicing sections were clear enough, so I can give credit there. Still, the general impression was that the steps could be rearranged for clearer progression, perhaps by explaining each tool's function and relationship before diving into deep features. The training felt scattered instead of building coherently. The only standout part was how telephonic support followed up to answer lingering questions, which was a helpful safety net in an otherwise confusing structure.
