Training steps okay, but the database feature stood out
The sequence of training and onboarding steps with WFHI didn’t feel out of order, though I can’t say I found them particularly remarkable either way. It was mostly what I would expect: start with software basics, then move to using calling tools and the dialer, then database and monitoring features, followed by support contact info. What stood out for me during the training wasn’t the order itself but the detail provided about the database feature. It was explained well enough to show how it could fit into remote workflows and organize contacts effectively. That level of focus helped me understand a valuable aspect early on rather than leaving it for last. The invoicing and sign-up process was wrapped into the onboarding naturally, so that didn’t feel disconnected. The telecom support during training was ready and patient when I had questions about later steps. I’m generally satisfied with the setup—there was nothing particularly wrong with the flow, and that bit about the database did add extra clarity at a helpful time.
