Training steps mostly smooth, but a bit out of sync
The onboarding and training flow with WFHI was quite good overall, though I noticed some of the steps could have been arranged a bit more logically. When I first logged in, the initial walk-through was helpful and clear, but later on, I found that some training modules were presented before I had fully familiarized myself with earlier ones. This made me jump around a bit, which was a little confusing at times. Coming back after a break, I realized I had to review previous content to get the full picture, which was a bit annoying. Still, the material itself was detailed and the interactive parts were engaging, so I stuck with it. Also, the trainers were responsive when I asked questions. So while the order of the steps faltered here and there, the overall training was valuable and well done. I think a more sequential arrangement would improve the flow, but the content and help on offer certainly made up for it and got me to where I needed to be.
