Training Steps Mostly Logical With Minor Inconvenience
The onboarding and training delivered through WFHI were mostly structured in a sensible and sensible sequence that allowed me to build a clear understanding as I progressed. I appreciated how each step designed to get me familiar both with the software interface and the calling tools followed naturally from the previous one. However, I occasionally found the pacing slightly brisk at parts, especially when switching between software setup and database usage. A brief pause or extra examples might have helped consolidate those concepts better before moving ahead. Despite this slight concern, I found the overall effort manageable and well balanced. It gave me the confidence to use the tools effectively, though I do feel a bit more time during initial training for dialoguing with the support might have helped fine-tune my approach.
