Training steps mostly logical though not entirely as expected
Reflecting back on the onboarding training I received, I found that the sequence of steps generally made sense for setting up my remote work system. I expected to go through basic tutorials first and then move onto advanced tools like the dialer and database features. That part was mostly accurate. However, there were moments when I thought certain updates or support information could have been introduced earlier to avoid confusion later on. For example, the telephonic support details came a bit late in the process, which could have helped me address some setup questions sooner. Despite that, the overall training structure allowed me to get comfortable with the software fairly quickly and the automatic updates have continued to improve functionality since. I appreciate that the payment process and invoicing was clear from the start, which lessened my concerns. Even with the few unexpected shifts in the order of topics, the training was effective and left me confident to handle regular tasks independently.
