Training steps made sense, I'd do it again
The training and onboarding sequence felt logical overall. I went through the basics of setting up my profile and accessing the dialer, then moved quickly into learning to use the database feature which I found intuitive. The steps were presented in a sensible order; nothing seemed misplaced or surprise-heavy. If anything, I’d say it was a straightforward sequence that made getting started less confusing than I expected. The only minor gripe is that some finer details within the training modules could have been explained with a bit more clarity, perhaps with additional examples. This would help with aspects like customizing workflows within the software. But despite that, I’d go through the whole onboarding process again without hesitation because it efficiently prepared me to use the tools. The overall structure helped me get up to speed quickly and wasn’t overwhelming at all.
