Training steps made sense but could have been ordered better
Going through the onboarding and training provided by WFHI was generally a positive experience. The training content was comprehensive, covering the software features such as the database and dialer. It was clear that someone had thought through how to introduce these tools. However, at times, the order of topics felt slightly counterintuitive. For example, we were introduced to the calling tools before we had fully set up the database, which led to some confusion during the practical exercises. The telephonic support helped fill in these gaps, especially when automatic updates tweaked parts of the interface unexpectedly. The sign-up and invoicing process felt straightforward from the start, which was a relief and allowed me to focus on learning the system instead of worrying about payments. Overall, I would say the experience was solid, with useful resources and patient support. Yet, a more logical sequencing of the training modules could have made onboarding smoother. I certainly felt prepared to use the software confidently after completing the program, though a different order might have helped reduce the small hiccups along the way.
