The onboarding process was a bit of a mixed bag for me. The sequence of training modules sometimes felt logical, especially when they started with the basic software navigation and moved to the more complex database features. But then, there were moments when I thought some steps were out of order, which made it confusing to understand how the calling tools were supposed to integrate. For example, I wish the dialer setup had been introduced right after the database overview because it felt like I had to jump back and forth between guides. Despite this, the training did cover most things I needed to get started and was practical enough to handle day-to-day tasks. It didn't leave me completely unprepared, though I think the training would be more helpful if the workflow aligned better with actual software usage. So, in essence, I felt the training did its job but could use a bit more polish in how the steps are organized to save time and reduce confusion.
