Training steps felt out of order; missed clear progression

The training and onboarding with WFHI left me a bit weary because the steps didn’t seem arranged in a sensible sequence. For instance, I was introduced to the dialer’s features before fully understanding how the database was meant to work alongside it, which ironically made setting up contacts more confusing rather than straightforward. While I admit their automatic updates seemed to ensure the software was current, I didn’t get much explanation on how these might affect ongoing workflows or call quality. The sign-up and invoice process was probably the clearest part, but even that could have used a little better walkthrough. Telephonic support was there, sure, but I felt like I was explaining basic points repeatedly because the training left gaps. It almost felt like the order of presentation didn’t consider a novice user’s perspective, which added unnecessary steps and pause points. The experience wasn't entirely negative — the software itself has potential — but the onboarding could definitely be streamlined so I could have more confidence in how I’m setting things up and moving forward.
