Training steps felt out of order, making onboarding difficult

My biggest frustration with the training and onboarding process was how the sequence of steps was presented. It seemed like I was pushed to use the calling dialer before I had even properly learned how to manage the database or understand the automatic updates. This made it difficult to follow and felt jarring to suddenly be expected to perform tasks that were not introduced in a sensible order. I tried to reach support to clarify the workflow but the telephonic assistance did not help much with explaining the best approach or how the steps connected together. It felt disorganized and inefficient, causing delays in me becoming comfortable with the software features. That said, once I got past the initial confusion and jumped around using the training resources on my own, I began to see how the pieces worked. Even so, the order should definitely be improved so that learning is smoother and more logical. If the steps were better planned, I think the overall onboarding would have been much less frustrating for beginners like me.
