Training steps expected to be logical but were somewhat confusing

I expected the onboarding and training process to follow a very clear and logical order. Initially, the steps seemed straightforward and paced well, but as I progressed, some modules were introduced before I fully grasped earlier concepts. I had anticipated a smoother transition from the software basics to more technical aspects, however, the sequence felt a bit jumbled. Still, the interactive sessions were helpful and telephonic support was available when needed. I wish the training had been structured to build skills more gradually rather than jumping around topics. That would have made the learning curve less steep and the software easier to navigate from the beginning.
