Training aur onboarding ki baat karu toh, initial steps bilkul clear the aur software ke basic features samajhne me madad mili. Lekin jaise-jaise aage badha, mujhe laga ki steps thode idhar-udhar hain aur unka order zyada sensible nahi tha. Kuch modules already covered topics ko dohrate lagte hain, jis se thoda confusion bhi hua. Calling tools aur database feature ko integrate karne ka plan accha tha, par onboarding me uska introduction time se nahi mila. Jab process thoda smooth hota, toh better lagta, lekin overall main samajh paayi jo zaroori tha. Support ne help ki jab issue hua, jo ek achha point raha.
