Pehle kuch sessions thode verbose lage, especially jab basic dashboard lessons chal rahi thi. Mujhe zara patience rakhna pada because thoda time laga before I could comfortably use the calling tools aur dialer without hesitation. Lekin, training ke later stages mein, jab database aur automatic updates pe focus hua, things got clearer and felt much more practical for my daily workflow. Onboarding ke initial steps mein thodi confusion bhi thi—like invoicing system ko samajhne mein thoda struggle tha—but overall support ne ache se madad ki thi, toh I could catch up quickly. Mujhe lagta hai ki agar training modules thoda aur concise hoti, toh start time aur bhi fast hota. Par overall, jitna time laga, it justified the learning curve because now I feel ready to apply ye skills confidently.
