Training: Some good steps but mostly confusing
When I started the onboarding training, I initially appreciated how they provided an overview of the software features, which felt allowed for a solid base. However, as I progressed, I found the sequence of tasks confusing—switching between modules felt abrupt and sometimes the exercises seemed out of sync with the explanations. One moment, we’d jump into database management without sufficient grounding, which left me frustrated. The auto-updates were seamless during this phase, so that was one positive aspect to mention. In the end, while some parts of the training felt logically structured especially the first few steps, the overall order was mostly disorganized and disrupted my learning flow. This made adapting to the calling tools and dialer harder than necessary. I was hoping for a more intuitive path because setting things up independently proved quite challenging without clearer progression. So, despite some useful moments, mostly the onboarding lacked sensible order and made me reconsider continuing right away.
