Training setup was quick but one part stood out
I must say the onboarding and training experience was mostly efficient and didn't stretch longer than expected. Getting started with the software and accessing the remote workflow tools happened faster than I imagined, which made for a positive first impression. However, if I were to point out one aspect that stood out — perhaps not for the better — it would be the dialer setup. That specific step lingered noticeably longer than the rest and involved several configuration checks that seemed more tedious than necessary. Even so, the rest of the process, like navigating the database and understanding automatic updates, flowed smoothly. This standout moment is why the overall speed wasn't perfectly seamless, but it didn’t derail my sense of readiness either.
