Training setup verdict: very straightforward
In going through the training and onboarding process, I found that most of the setup was a one-off deal. The initial sessions gave me a solid grasp of how everything works, including the dialer and database features. After getting past that phase, ongoing use became smoother and required only occasional revisits to the training material for updates or new features. The onboarding flow is designed so that once you’re past the first few days, you can mostly run things autonomously. That ease of transition was a relief because I didn’t want to be stuck repeating the same steps or spending a lot of time on refresher sessions. So overall, the training balance felt right, combining an upfront investment of attention with more self-driven use afterward.
