Training setup had its pros and cons
When I started with WFHI's training and onboarding, I noticed that a good chunk of the setup was a one-off process which helped streamline the initial phase. The onboarding flow was clearly structured, so setting up the database and getting familiar with the calling tools felt manageable. However, there’s also the ongoing side that I hadn’t fully anticipated; some features required regular adjustments as my use evolved, and that demanded a bit of patience and time. The training itself made that easier, guiding me through some recurring tasks, but I did have to refer back to materials occasionally when updates rolled out. This balance of one-time setup and continuous optimization was practical overall, though having clearer pointers on what needed regular attention might have saved me some extra effort. Still, I felt the support offered during onboarding was solid enough to handle these nuances without too much trouble, making it a fairly positive experience.
