training setup felt uneven overall
The onboarding was a mix of things I found useful and others that didn’t quite match my expectations. Setting up the software initially felt like a one-time hurdle that I managed without much trouble. However, the ongoing updates and learning required afterwards felt a bit disruptive to my routine. It was clear that some of the training was focused on repeated reinforcement, which was good, but I wasn’t always sure when new skills were being introduced. The overall experience was neither fully satisfying nor entirely frustrating, just somewhere in the middle. The support and database features worked as intended though.
