Training settled down well enough after the initial phase
After the initial onboarding with WFHI, I found the ongoing training experience to be generally positive, though not flawless. The first day was a bit tough, with a somewhat steep learning curve, but as the days went by, the system’s workflows and the associated materials got easier to handle. The dialer and calling tools worked smoothly in the daily routine, and the automatic updates kept the software current without causing interruptions. However, I did notice some minor bugs that would occasionally slow down the database feature, which was a bit frustrating. The telephonic support was competent, though it took longer than I’d like to get through some issues. Still, I ended up feeling satisfied with the outcome given my growing familiarity with the tools and training materials. Overall, while it wasn’t perfect, the day-to-day use was manageable and the training did its job after some initial adjustments.
