Training set-up simplicity stood out even now
Looking back at my time with WFHI’s training and onboarding, what really stuck with me was how straightforward the set-up phase was compared to the rest. Initially, the sign-up and invoicing process went smoothly without too much confusion, and that was a relief after dealing with other platforms before. Once I completed the one-time training modules and became familiar with the calling dialer and database integration, using the software day-to-day became fairly routine. The automatic update system worked well too, with minimal disruption. Where it faltered was in some of the telephonic support interactions, which weren’t always immediately helpful, but I could manage without heavy reliance there. The onboarding flow felt balanced between necessary steps and ease, so I felt reasonably confident after completing it all despite some lingering questions. Reflecting now, I appreciate how a clear foundation was laid during that single initial setup and training period, which I think made ongoing use more manageable in the long run. That one-off chunk of preparation was definitely the most crucial part that went well.
