Training sessions had too much repetition and waiting
Reflecting on my training and onboarding with the WFHI software, I can say that the process was somewhat frustrating. The training itself had a lot of repetition; the same information was covered multiple times without much new content, which made some sessions feel redundant. This slowed progress and made it challenging to stay engaged throughout the onboarding period. Furthermore, there was a considerable amount of waiting involved—whether for support calls to happen or for responses to client queries, this delay disrupted my flow. The software calls tools and dialer were reliable during active use, but between sessions, waiting around hampered productivity. On the positive side, the automatic updates to the software happened smoothly without any glitches, which I appreciated. Also, the database feature proved useful once it was fully set up, contributing to my workflow efficiency later on. The payment and invoicing process was fairly straightforward, and I didn’t face issues there. Sadly, the telephonic support wasn’t as prompt as I had hoped, sometimes taking too long to respond or clarify doubts, which compounded the waiting problem. Overall, while some tools functioned well, the onboarding and training experience was burdened by too much repetition and delayed support, which affected my impression quite a bit.
