Training sessions clashed with my actual work hours

I had quite a mixed experience with the training and onboarding because the scheduled hours often didn’t align with my available time. The onboarding flow was well designed in terms of content and approach, explaining the software features clearly and showing how to use the calling tools effectively. However, I struggled to keep up with the live sessions as they were set at times when I was already engaged with other tasks. This mismatch meant I either missed parts or had to catch up later through recordings. On the plus side, the recorded sessions were quite comprehensive and accessible, allowing me to review at my own pace. But the lack of synchronous interaction made it harder to get immediate clarifications, which was sometimes frustrating. I appreciate that the automatic updates to the software kept things running smoothly and introduced helpful tweaks without much disruption. Telephonic support was available, but since I had trouble syncing with their hours too, the priority assistance wasn’t always reachable when I needed it most. Payment and sign-up went pretty smoothly with clear invoicing and straightforward steps. Overall, the fit with my working hours could have been better planned, but the material itself was solid and useful.
