Training session duration was just right
I began the onboarding with WFHI hoping to learn the essential elements quickly so I could start using the software effectively. One thing that really went well was the live training session on the calling dialer tools—it was clear and well-paced. The trainer shared practical examples during this part, which helped me understand how to manage contacts and use the database feature. Beyond that, the rest of the onboarding felt a bit more gradual and less structured, involving multiple short videos and documents I had to access on my own time. While this flexible approach suited my schedule, I wasn’t always sure if I had grasped everything before moving forward. The sign-up process was seamless however, and getting access to the software right after payment was a relief compared to other platforms I have tried. I think the overall time to get fully comfortable was longer than I expected since some parts of the training demanded more self-guided effort. Maybe a bit more check-in during that phase might help others too. Still, the support team was responsive each time I raised a quick question, which made the waiting less frustrating. I appreciate that the automatic updates occasionally brought new features without any fuss or downtime—overall, it made sense that the onboarding and training involved a mix of direct help and independent learning to balance convenience and thoroughness.
