Training sequence was mostly good except the database setup
The training and onboarding steps were laid out in a generally sensible order. I appreciated how the early stages focused on understanding the workflow before moving into software-specific tasks. The materials provided were clear, and the trainer's instructions made it easier to grasp the remote working software nuances quickly. The calling tools and dialer functions were introduced neatly after the database feature was discussed, which felt logical since the database supports calling lists. However, the only drawback was the timing of the database configuration training. The session for database setup came quite late, and by that time, I had started attempting calls which made it a bit confusing. If the database part had been covered earlier, my initial workflow would have been smoother. Besides that, the onboarding flow encouraged active use of the software stepwise, and automatic updates were addressed without interruptions. Payment steps and invoices were explained early on, so financial clarity was never an issue. On the whole, the training was effective, but reorganizing the order to tackle database setup sooner would make it even better.
