Training sequence was confusing

I found the training and onboarding sequence rather frustrating. Initially, the content started with what seemed like advanced dialer tools, which felt out of place because I hadn’t been introduced properly to the basics like database management or software navigation. While the training was informative, the order made it hard to follow and seemed to assume prior knowledge that I did not have. On the positive side, the training did cover everything eventually, including how the telephonic support works and how to handle automatic updates, but it took too long to get to these essentials. I expected a step-by-step approach, moving from the sign-up process to invoicing and payments, then to database features before learning the calling tools, but the curriculum jumped around. This slowed my onboarding and meant I often had to revisit earlier lessons to clarify points. Overall, the onboarding process was somewhat overwhelming at first due to this poor structure, though the information itself was useful once I adjusted. I wished the training was more logically organized to better support new users.
