Training Sequence Finally Made Sense After a Few Steps
During the initial days of using WFHI software, I went through the training and onboarding modules carefully. At first, the sequence of instructions felt somewhat fragmented; different features were introduced without much clear connection, which made it challenging to get the overall workflow. However, after completing the database setup and then moving on to the calling tools and dialer, the structure clicked. I realized that these steps were designed to build upon each other logically, so each module made sense only after practicing the previous ones in real conditions. This realization came when I tried to make calls using the dialer after entering client data into the database; seeing how these components linked helped bring clarity. The invoicing and payment process explanation also fell neatly into place once I understood how the software manages client interactions first. While I initially felt a bit unsure about the order of training content, the practical exercises and automatic updates helped reinforce the learning experience. I appreciated the telephonic support that was available when I encountered specific doubts during setup, adding confidence. Overall, though the training steps may seem scattered at first glance, they do make a sensible progression if followed patiently, which was my key takeaway.
