Training schedule surprisingly flexible
I was really hopeful that the training and onboarding would match well with my working hours, but unfortunately, it did not. While the sessions were supposed to be flexible, in practice, the time slots available never aligned with when I was actually free. I tried to adapt my schedule multiple times, but it was just too difficult to make the sessions fit around my existing commitments. This caused a lot of frustration as I felt I was either missing key parts of the training or having to rush through sections without proper focus. On the positive side, one aspect did stand out—the training materials themselves were quite clear and seemed well-structured. However, that didn’t much help because I couldn’t participate fully. The onboarding process took longer than I expected since I had to wait to attend the live sessions needed for practical parts. Overall, despite the training content's quality, the mismatch with my working hours made the experience quite disappointing for me.
