Training schedule fit well with my work hours
I found the training hours aligned reasonably with my usual workday, which made it easier to participate consistently. The sessions were not too long or too frequent, so I didn’t feel overwhelmed or have to rearrange my entire schedule. Still, there were a few instances when the timing overlapped slightly with my other responsibilities, meaning I missed part of a session, but overall it was manageable. The training content was comprehensive and helped me understand how to configure and use the software features effectively. Especially the sections on the dialer and database gave me the confidence to handle daily tasks. Support was available if I had questions. I would say the schedule fits decently well, though a bit more flexibility could help accommodate different working patterns without as many minor conflicts. Despite that, I feel well-equipped now to handle the platform and expect to continue using it smoothly going forward.
