Training schedule did not fit my working hours at all
I found the onboarding and training sessions quite inconvenient because they were scheduled during hours I’m usually unavailable. Since I have a different daily routine, I struggled to attend live sessions and felt disconnected from some parts of the training. The materials were detailed but lacked enough flexibility to match my timings, which made it difficult for me to get the full benefit of what was offered. On the plus side, the portal interface itself was user-friendly enough that I could figure out some things on my own, though that required more time than training would have saved. However, the training lacked enough asynchronous options for learners like me who need to engage in odd hours or at their own pace. I did appreciate that the content was thorough and relevant for remote workflows, but without suitable timing it felt like too much effort for too little payoff. The sign-up and invoicing were straightforward, though, so that part wasn’t a problem. I hope future sessions consider more varied timings or recorded options so that people with different schedules can benefit more easily from the training provided by WFHI.
