Training schedule aligned mostly but missed off-peak accessibility
I started the onboarding and training program with the expectation that it would be flexible around my working hours since my schedule isn’t conventional. The main training sessions were scheduled during regular office hours, which mostly worked for me, but there were moments when I had to adjust personal commitments due to timing conflicts. The training content itself was clear and comprehensive, and it addressed the key software features such as the dialer and the database setup effectively. I appreciated the automated updates feature that reduced the need for manual intervention in software maintenance. However, I felt one thing missing was a recorded version or off-peak access to the training materials, as sometimes rechecking the steps outside live sessions could have helped reinforce learning. The onboarding flow was smooth overall despite a minor hiccup related to invoicing timing, but technical support was available promptly and respectfully, which made troubleshooting easier. The sign-up and payment processes were straightforward and transparent, which reduced my concerns beforehand. Looking back, the time allocated for training mostly matched my working patterns, except for those few occasions when I wished for more access flexibility. This small gap is the only aspect that could improve in the otherwise effective onboarding.
