Training’s steady pace made all the difference over time
My overall experience with the training and onboarding at WFHI started off a bit shaky, but what really caught my attention was how it behaved over the course of the first week rather than just on day one. Initially, the software felt somewhat complex to navigate, and the training sessions seemed a bit rushed, which left me with questions about certain features like the calling tools and database management. However, as I continued with the daily exercises and got more hands-on time, the onboarding process revealed its strengths. The training materials gradually provided clearer explanations and practical tips that helped me understand the workflow better. I appreciated the way telephonic support was available when I needed direct assistance, even though I sometimes had to wait a bit for priority help. The invoicing and payment system worked without hiccups, which definitely removed a layer of stress. One small reservation I have is with the automatic updates—their timing occasionally disrupted my active sessions, so a heads-up option would be helpful. Still, once I got accustomed to the software's rhythm and the support framework, I found myself confident using the dialer and managing the database effectively. It was this ongoing experience with training and support that stood out for me—not just the initial impression, but the way they sustained helpfulness through the course.
