Training's good for some, but not foolproof when hiccups happen

Hey, so just wanted to share my take on the onboarding and training. Initially, everything seemed to be going okay, the training modules were laid out neatly, and I was able to start getting comfy with the system. But then, like in every setup, some glitches popped up. I found that the help from support when things went wrong was hit or miss. Sometimes, they’d respond quickly and guide well, other times it felt like I was waiting ages or getting vague answers. Honestly, if you're someone who’s pretty independent and can puzzle things out, this training could suit you easily enough. But if you need hands-on or detailed help during a glitch, it might test your patience a bit. That said, the initial instructions and onboarding look solid and cover most basics. So I’d say it’s a decent setup overall but not perfect when struggles come into play. Worth checking if you want something straightforward and mostly self-service, but maybe not if you expect constant guidance. That’s my honest take after a week of navigating the process myself.
