Training’s clear highlight was the database feature
Compared to the previous onboarding experiences I’ve had with other platforms, this one had its pros and cons, balancing out to a middle ground for me. What stood out most positively was how they handled the database feature—it was explained in a way that was easy to grasp and felt more interactive than before. That definitely made a good impression and suggested the software might fit well into my workflow. However, on the other side, the training on using the calling tools and dialer was a bit less engaging and didn’t cover all the practicalities I was hoping for. The tone throughout was friendly and approachable, which helped keep me motivated to push through the sessions, but there were moments when I wished more real-life scenarios were included. It wasn’t perfect or flawless, but I found it to be a solid choice for someone who wants a feel of the system without jumping straight into complicated software. Overall, the clarity of the database explanations gave me confidence to keep exploring what else the training might offer next time I log back in.
