Training review: some smooth parts, some gaps
When I started the training and onboarding with WFHI, the initial live sessions were quite informative and well-structured. The course materials were comprehensive, which helped me understand the software setup clearly. However, as the days passed, I found that the practical hands-on exercises weren't always aligned with the software updates that were rolled out. This made following along a bit tricky at times. Also, when I tried to reach out for clarifications on certain feature integrations, response times were slower than expected, which slowed my progress somewhat. On the positive side, the portal for training was easy to navigate and the recordings of sessions were helpful when revisited. In particular, the modules on using the database and automatic updates gave me useful insights that I incorporated into my workflow. Yet, the pacing of training could be better balanced to accommodate newer users who might find it challenging to catch up with recent changes. Overall, the onboarding experience was a mixture of beneficial learning moments together with some stumbling blocks.
